The OOG-Teekay alliance has chosen the Jurong Shipyard in Singapore to carry out conversion of the Navion Norvegia shuttle tanker into the Libra FPSO.
It is understood that Wood Group Mustang has been lined up for topsides engineering out of Kuala Lumpur.
The floater will have capacity to handle 50,000 barrels per day of oil and 4 million cubic metres per day of natural gas.
