Five contractors are fighting to supply Brazilian oil giant Petrobras with shallow diving support vessels as part of an international tender designed to secure more units to assist the company’s operations.
Industry sources said Petrobras has qualified proposals submitted by Farstad Shipping, Bram Offshore, CBO, DOF Subsea and UP Offshore, although it has disqualified two bids submitted by Wilson Sons.
