Petrobras recently concluded negotiations with Constellation Oil Services, Petroserv and Ocyan, and was in the process of recommending to its board of directors the contracting of two drillships and four semi-submersible rigs, sources told Upstream, confirming an earlier report from the Brasil Energia website.
