A Brazilian appeal court has upheld an injunction that blocked the sale by Petrobras of the Bauna field in the Santos basin and Tartaruga Verde in the Campos basin.
The injunction was granted in the first instance when trade union representatives argued the state-controlled giant could only sell assets in a public tender, in line with administrative law covering public sector entities.
