Brazilian state-controlled company Petrobras has launched a tender to charter fast supply and oil spill response vessels to support its offshore operations along the continental shelf off Brazil, write Gareth Chetwynd and Fabio Palmigiani.
Petrobras invited contractors to submit commercial proposals on 24 April for Brazilian-flagged FSV-OSRVs equipped with recovery tanks that have storage capacity for at least 66 cubic metres of oil, together with an oil boom, skimmers and other equipment.
