A senior company official told an industry gathering in Singapore last week that PFLNG Satu will deliver the first cargo in the second quarter, saying it will be ready in April. Petronas is still discussing where the LNG will be sent, but the official said it will be a normal cargo of around 60,000 tonnes.
Industry officials said Petronas will most likely use the LNG carrier Seri Camellia, built by MISC, to ship the LNG.
