Petronet awards Dahej expansion job to Toyo

Sources told Upstream that Toyo emerged as the lowest bidder ahead of Taiwan’s CTCI.

“The contract is valued at between $120 million and $125 million,” a source close to the tendering process said.

Petronet said Toyo had made a very competitive bid and its board has approved the award.

“The board has approved the award of the regasification contract... and this will go to Toyo,” said Petronet LNG chief executive Ashok Kumar Balyan.
