A contract between Petropars and NIGC is expected to be signed in about two weeks, but Petropars was "appointed the single contact point for bidders as of Saturday", said Petropars managing director Gholamreza Manouchehri.
As reported by Upstream on 23 April, Petropars will manage Bid Boland on behalf of NIGC.
Manouchehri said the existing submission deadline of 12 May for technical bids would be extended by a couple of months, and a new closing date for a late June deadline for commercial bids would be announced
later.
