Indonesia’s state-owned gas transmission company Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) has agreed to loan up to $250 million to affiliate Kalimantan Jawa Gas (KJG) to finance construction of the 200-kilometre pipeline from Petronas’ Kepodang field to the Tambak Lorok power plant.
The pipeline is intended to deliver about 120 million cubic feet per day from Kepodang on the Muriah production sharing contract to Tambak Lorok.
