The 900-kilometre pipeline will carry natural gas from Hudson's Hope to Petronas' proposed Pacific NorthWest liquefied natural gas export project on Lelu Island near Prince Rupert.
Upon submission to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office, the 180 review process began, including a 45-day public comment period.
The EAO report will include an internal review of the application, input from the working group, and public comments and concerns before making any recommendations.
