Tenny said the partners of the Jambi Merang joint operating body, including Talisman Energy and Pacific Oil & Gas, are eyeing more output from the Sungai Kenawang and Pulau Gading fields.
The two fields are currently producing 220 million cubic feet per day of gas and 6000 barrels per day of condensate, Tenny added.
He did not elaborate further, although block partner Talisman in February flagged the intent to sanction phase two development activities later this year.
