Pemex is expected to launch a tender next month for a second compression platform in the Ku-Maloob-Zaap field off Mexico to be installed under a new service contract model, writes Kathrine Schmidt.
The state-led company earlier this year tendered for the first platform, CA-KU-A1, using the new model in which fabricators and operating companies teamed up to bid for infrastructure construction and operations on a dayrate basis.
