Sunrise is one of five mighty Timor Sea gas projects lying east and south-west of Bayu/Undan, which itself contains 3 trillion cubic feet-plus of gas and 400 million barrels of liquefied petroleum gas and condensate.
In the east are the Woodside Petroleum-led Sunrise project, Santos-operated Evans Shoal field and Inpex's Abadi field, with combined proven reserves of nearly 20 Tcf of gas and 400 million barrels of condensate.
