Late last year, Range Resources hired Bank of America Merrill Lynch to market 28,493 net acres in Blaine, Canadian, Kingfisher and Major counties that are prospective for the Stack play.
The package includes current production of 6.6 million cubic feet per day of natural gas (84% gas) and 262 wellbores.
Range has been taking bids on the package and could divulge a sale in the near future.
