Leading engineering, procurement and construction contractors are gearing up to submit technical bids to Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (Adco) for the facilities required for the Al-Dabbiya gas development project, valued at more than $1 billion.
At least three sources close to the development said contractors are likely to submit technical offers to Adco within two to three weeks for the prestigious gas project.
