Companies are readying their offers for Colombia's next oil and gas bid round as the country continues to work to try and replace declining hydrocarbon reserves, writes Julia Martinez.
The country’s hydrocarbon regulator ANH will offer 59 blocks, with 32 new strategic areas and 27 tracts that were submitted by companies that were pre-qualified to bid.
The company-nominated blocks mark the first time potential bidders were able to submit their own areas of interest for consideration.
