The gas gathering system is understood to be intended to exploit the 1995 Pulau Gading discovery and the recent Kenawang find which, although not yet appraised, already looks even more impressive.
Initial results from the Kenawang-1 discovery well on the onshore block indicate that the structure will be capable of producing in excess of 88 million cubic feet per day of gas and 3000 barrels per day of 52 degrees API condensate, according to local sources.
