AUSTRALIAN-listed oil company Po Valley Energy has agreed a farm-out deal with United Oil & Gas covering its Podere Gallina licence in northern Italy.
The agreement will see United earn a 20% stake in the licence, which contains the Selva gas field, by sharing some of the drilling costs of the Podere Maiar-1 exploration well, which is expected to spud in October. Po
