State-controlled Brazilian oil company Petrobras has launched a tender to contract flexible risers and associated equipment to serve a new production system that will be installed in the Parque das Baleias complex in the Campos basin, writes Fabio Palmigiani.
Industry sources told Upstream that Petrobras only invited pre-qualified subsea contractors including TechnipFMC, Baker Hughes, NOV Flexibles and Prysmian to submit commercial proposals on 23 December.
