Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell has shipped the first condensate cargo from its Prelude floating liquefied natural gas development off the coast of Western Australia, writes Josh Lewis.
A Shell spokesperson confirmed to Upstream that the project had shipped the first cargo, which is understood to have left on board the tanker Advantage Atom last weekend bound for Singapore. According to shipping data, the vessel is scheduled to arrive in Singapore on Friday.
