Premier installed the Solan facilities — including a jacket, topsides and storage tank — at the end of last summer, hoping output could begin before the end of 2014.
However, the company said in a trading statement this week that hook-up and commissioning has been hampered by poor winter weather, with only a handful of work days achieved in December, and first oil is now being targeted in the second three months of the year.
