UK independent Premier Oil is forging ahead with its US$340 million Bison, Iguana and Gajah Puteri (BIGP) gas fields development off Indonesia after recently lining up local contractor Timas Suplindo for a key engineering, procurement, construction and installation job.
The operator is understood to now be targeting first gas from the project on Natuna Sea Block A in the third quarter of 2019 with development drilling expected to start next year.
