The offshore blocks to be put on offer are 46, 47 and 48 in the western outer deep water; 19, 20 and 21 in deep water that ranges from 250 to 1000 metres; and 11 and 12 in waters up to 250 metres.
There are also four blocks that will be made available in the onshore Kwanza basin.
Sonangol exploration director Severino Filomeno Miranda Cardoso said that the offer is likely to kick off around November or December.
