Prumo Logistica has a track record of attracting some of the top executives in the Brazilian market, writes Gareth Chetwynd.

Decio Oddone, the current head of Brazil’s hydrocarbons regulator ANP, worked on business development there after leaving Petrobras, and the company recently appointed another former Petrobras executive, Carlos Tadeu Fraga, as chief executive, replacing Jose Magela Bernardes, who used to head BG’s operations in the region.
