PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and joint venture partner Yinson Holdings are getting closer to agreeing a new contract in Vietnam for the re-deployment of their PTSC Lam Son floating production, storage and offloading vessel, writes Russell Serarancke.
PTSC owns 51% and Yinson 49% of the joint venture company that owns and operates the FPSO, which had its contract terminated prematurely last year by the Lam Son joint operating company.
