PETROVIETNAM Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) dominates the local oilfield services sector due to its close relationship to parent company PetroVietnam.
However, its recent successes in overseas markets are evidence that PTSC is maturing into an independent and strong regional player.
The company’s core six divisions provide a full range of offshore services, including seismic acquisition, a supply base, support vessels, engineering procurement, construction and installation, and floating production services — everything except drilling rigs.
