PTTEP Treasury Centre Company has issued guaranteed debentures worth 15 billion baht ($488.8 million) in the Thai capital market.
Proceeds from the debenture issue will be used for working capital and refinancing senior debt.
PTTEP chief executive Phongsthorn Thavisin said the debentures due in 2022 carry a fixed 2.26% interest rate per annum and are fully guaranteed by the company.
