The development was due on stream in August last year but the troublesome installation of a new floating production, storage and offloading vessel frustrated PTTEP and its FPSO provider.
PTTEP has missed several amended start-up targets this year, the most recent of which was 17 May.
The company is expecting Arthit North to eventually produce more than 100 million cubic feet per day of gas and ?1500 barrels per day of condensate.
