The Delhi High Court has upheld state-owned ONGC's decision not to award a $685 million job to Ramunia for the project in Bombay High off Mumbai.
The contractor had earlier filed two petitions. The first, which requested that its price bid be opened as its technical bid was cleared, was approved.
However, its petition last month to get ONGC to award it the B22 turnkey contract was rejected.
