India's Reliance Industries has hit the market with bid documents for a major new floating storage, production and offloading vessel required for its $2 billion-plus MJ deep-water gas and condensate project off the country's east coast.
Industry sources said Reliance issued invitations to tender earlier this month to pre-qualified FPSO players, offshore contractors and fabrication yards, which will compete for an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning contract.
