Production has resumed at the UK's Buzzard oilfield after being halted last week when operator CNOOC Petroleum Europe discovered faulty pipework.
Production resumed on Sunday 13 October after a shutdown that started at 11pm UK time on Thursday 10 October.
The unspecified defect with the topsides pipework was discovered during a planned inspection.
There was no harm to “people, the environment or the asset”, a spokesman said.
