Brothers Derek and Toby Rice, whose Rice Energy company was acquired by shale gas giant EQT Corporation a year ago, are urging the combined company to make changes in its leadership.
The pair, who used to run Rice Energy along with two other brothers, are asking EQT to shake up its governance and add “proven operational experience to the board and senior management team” in an effort to improve the company’s operations and deliver value to shareholders.
