Andrew Williams, 28, a floorman employed by Santa Fe as a member of the drilling crew on its Galaxy 1 rig, died following a fall. His body was flown to Aberdeen last Sunday.
The Health and Safety Executive said the Galaxy 1 was making preparations to drill with its drilling rig extended over the Judy platform when the incident took place.
