RUSSIA'S state subsurface agency Rosnedra has finally unveiled plans for a long-awaited auction for the Erginskoye oilfield in West Siberia, saying that it will accept applications with proposed field development plans until 12 May.
The applications will be studied by Rosnedra experts and the winner will be announced on 7 June, according to the agency. Recoverable reserves of the Erginskoye field are estimated at about 750 million barrels of oil.
