Royal IHC of the Netherlands has teamed up with Brazil's GranInvestimentos in a joint venture aimed at providing offshore maintenance and modifications, plus repair and logistics services.
Royal IHC will acquire a 50% share of the GranEnergia unit that is active in oil and gas, and the new company will be called GranIHC Services.
The company will provide integrated services to oil and gas sector clients, including design, construction, commissioning, installation, maintenance and decommissioning.
