SADR Oil & Gas Authority representative Kamal Fadel and Emhamed Khadad, chief negotiator for the Polisario Front and adviser to SADR President Mohamed Abdelaziz, will use the 19 March conference in London to announce the award of onshore acreage to a company associated with Frederik Dekker, one of the first proponents of Sahrawi prospectivity, who currently manages Maghreb Exploration.
Dekker founded Wessex Exploration, which licensed onshore acreage from the SADR’s Bir Lehlou administration in an earlier round.
