A DUTCH court has decided that SBM Offshore is entitled to pull out of a defamation case it brought against Jonathan Taylor, a former employee who blew the whistle on the contractor’s alleged corrupt practices in Brazil and elsewhere, writes Iain Esau.
The news is a blow to Taylor but he is determined to fight on in his desire to see current and former SBM executives brought before a court.
