Russian state-controlled oil producer Gazprom Neft is planning to build a second marine oil export terminal in Ob Bay, between the Yamal and Gydan peninsulas in West Siberia.

The company decided to investigate the feasibility of the project after building up experience of year-round oil exports from its flagship Novoport oilfield in the region.

According to a tender disclosure note, Gazprom Neft is ready to pay for an extensive feasibility study to assess at least three proposed locations and technical solutions for such a terminal.
