Oranto Petroleum will move in July to carry out a 3D seismic survey over marine acreage in Senegal, primarily on the St Louis Offshore block wedged between the shallows and the St Louis Deep acreage operated by Kosmos Energy and BP, writes Barry Morgan.
Following a visit last week by Oranto founder and chairman Prince Arthur Eze to the company’s London-based asset manager Simco Petroleum, a data room has been opened for a potential farm-out involving this acreage.
