Chief executive Joe Householder said on a conference call last week that the company now plans to take a final investment decision on the Port Arthur LNG project in Texas by the middle of 2020, while it expects to sanction the Energia Costa Azul (Eca) project in Baja California, Mexico, in the first half of next year.
