Partnered by Tullow Oil, Mari Gas Company and Saif Energy, OGDC said the probe in Pakistan’s Khyber Pukhtoonkhawa area was drilled to a depth of 2810 metres, targeting the Kingriali, Datta, Shinwari, Samanasuk, Lumshiwal, Hangu and Lockhart formations.
During tests, the Lumshiwal zone flowed 15 million cubic feet per day of “good quality” gas through 32/64-inch choke at well head flowing pressure 2500 pounds per square inch.
