International drilling contractor Shelf Drilling and India’s Jindal Drilling are poised to win multiple jack-up rig contracts from India’s state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) on three year charter terms, writes Nishant Ugal.
Drilling sources said Shelf could end up winning contracts for up to four jack-up rigs from ONGC, while Jindal is expected to get an award for one unit.
