At least a couple of prospective locations are being studied intently, according to Neil Gilmour, general manager of floating LNG for Shell Upstream International in The Hague.
“We’re doing FLNG very simply to bring new sources of energy to the market,” he said. “I think the east coast of Africa where there is a lot of gas being discovered is of interest.”
