ANGLO-Dutch giant Shell is pressing ahead with a potential five-well drilling campaign off Tanzania as it attempts to establish more gas resources to underpin one or more liquefied natural gas projects.
According to Oslo-listed Farstad Shipping, which has just landed a contract to provide platform supply vessels for the Tanzanian campaign, Shell plans to drill one firm well with an option to drill up to four more.
