Shell is planning to take a “go or no-go” decision before the end of this year on its multi-billion-dollar LNG Canada project at Kitimat, in British Columbia.
The touted grassroots liquefaction project is the “most mature” of the supermajor’s supply options able to start delivering gas to customers in the early 2020s, according to the company’s chief financial officer Jessica Uhl.
