The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has held a pre-hearing meeting ahead of the arbitration relating to Shell’s $1 billion-plus dispute with the Philippines government over back taxes claimed for the Malampaya gas project.
ICSID has had a pre-hearing organisational meeting with the parties via a telephone conference ahead of the tribunal intended to resolve the dispute Shell raised last July.
