Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC) is on the hunt for contractors keen to battle it out for three contracts for which pre-qualification documents must be submitted late this month.
H-Block covers the HA, HD and JK(G) fields, which are located about 20 kilometres offshore in water depths of 15 to 40 metres.
According to a recent company presentation, the development is due on stream in 2009 at the earliest.
