Shenhua Coal Liquefaction Corporation is constructing phase one of the $3.3 billion facility in Inner Mongolia. It will be capable of manufacturing 1 million tons of low sulphur diesel and gasoline per annum when it comes into operation in 2007. Four more production lines are slated to come into operation, raising output to a total of 5 million tons of oil products.
