The company said there had been “a temporary interruption to Pluto production resulting from an unplanned shutdown of the LNG processing train” and that production was expected to recommence shortly.
The impact to Woodside is lost production of about 2 million barrels of oil equivalent net for 2013, the Perth-based company said.
A spokeswoman said the LNG train was shut down “early last week due to a technical issue”.
