Sinopec trading unit Unipec Singapore has signed a mid-term sales agreement with the ExxonMobil-led PNG LNG joint venture in Papua New Guinea.
PNG LNG partner Oil Search said the mid-term LNG sale and purchase agreement with Unipec covers some 450,000 tonnes of LNG per annum over a four-year period commencing this month.
The agreement with Unipec follows deals last year with PetroChina and BP totalling 900,000 tpa from 2018 to 2023.
